Coach and Agile-Trainer
Karina holds a university diploma degree in Computer Science and Automation Engineering as well as several certifications from the leading agile organisations, Design Thinking Academy, and InternationalRequirements Engineering Board. She is a certified Professional Coach by Erickson International Institute andan experienced facilitator and trainer.
Since 2009 Karina has been gaining experience as an external and in-house consultant in a range of industriesby supporting teams and organisations in such roles as requirements engineer, business architect, Productowner, project manager, agile master, and agile coach.
Today Karina continues her work with teams in the context of agile transformation, product development andinnovation, in addition to the engagement as coach and mentor at various non-profit organisations.
