In the course “Agile basics” participants learn the fundamentals of agile way of working and get introduced tothe basics of the most common agile frameworks. The course focuses on agile mindset and agile values, aswell as highlights challenges and best practices for teams and companies in early stages of transition to agileway of working. During workshop exercises you will apply some of the tools and techniques we will be talkingabout and work in co-creation within small teams to learn from participants with diverse backgrounds.
Outline
Gain insights on different approaches to agile way of working as well as a deeper understanding about agileprinciples, common terminology, and key tools and methods, such as Impact and Story mapping, and learnhow to execute product ideation and delivery in a fast-paced and complex environment.
The course is suitable for participants without prior knowledge and experience of working in agile environment.
